Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This home has a steep gravel driveway. 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March).
  • Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. This person must be the one signing the agreement and staying at the property during the reservation.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Pet Policy

  • This home allows pets. Please contact the host for details. (The maximum number of pets in your data is 99. The "important information" limits this to 2 dogs with an additional pet rent. Please confirm with the property manager.)
  • Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax applies if bringing a dog; contact host for details and confirmation.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking basics.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryers are provided.
  • A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are available.
  • High-speed internet and climate control are available.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • The driveway is steep and gravel; 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March).

Lake Access and Fishing

  • All guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish in the lake in the development.
  • Because the lake is in a private community, guests do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it. Catch and release ONLY.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
